Product Delivery

• Delivery time will be shared once an official purchase order is received. Please note that the estimated delivery period may range from a few days to several weeks, depending on the order and availability.
• All delivery dates or timelines provided by Orient Medical are approximate unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Orient Medical reserves the right to make partial deliveries or provide partial services if needed.
• In case of unexpected events beyond our control — such as technical issues, equipment malfunction, power outages, strikes, natural disasters, or supplier delays — the estimated delivery time may be extended. Customers will be informed as soon as possible of such delays and provided with an updated timeline.
• Delivery charges will be calculated based on the customer's city or location and may vary accordingly.
• Orient Medical is not liable for any damage, wear, or tear that occurs after the products are delivered or put into use.
• Quoted prices include the cost of goods only. Services such as storage, installation, startup, or maintenance are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
• We are not responsible for service delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing an order, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
